fix(i18n): named-argument messages no longer print a stray placeholder

Eight messages with %{name} arguments went through the positional
formatter, which printed "%3" for a count, and their catalog entries
held %__ocs_fmt_N__ where the named form is expected. They take named
arguments now, and the entries — and those of the selection and HATCHEDIT
prompts with the same fault — use __ocs_arg_<name>__.
