Cargo: codec 04b26f2, kernel 16059db, graph e7f8b45

#1617 pinned the codec at ramox81/cadcodec through a [patch] block. Its
codec PR (#83) is merged upstream together with #85 and #86, so every
manifest now pins the upstream revision and the patch is gone.
