Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 12ffc3961f feat(section): volume top/bottom grips; live sections cut closed meshes
A section volume now shows grips on its top and bottom faces, so its
height is pushed and pulled in place like its sides, not only through
the Properties palette. Live sectioning also cuts MESH, polygon mesh and
polyface mesh objects that close a volume, drawing each as the capped
solid it bounds in every visual style.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 5e6290ce30 feat(model): SLICE cuts meshes
SLICE now takes MESH, polygon mesh and polyface mesh objects. A mesh
that closes a volume is sliced as a solid, so each side is capped and
becomes a 3D solid. An open mesh, such as a pipe run imported without
end caps, is clipped face by face and each side stays a mesh, open
along the cut. Keeping one side or both works as for solids, in one
undo step.

ramox81andClaude Opus 5.5 a0a83ad681 ADJUST: images and underlays, -IMAGEADJUST and PDF/DWF/DGNADJUST
ADJUST gathers raster images or PDF/DWF/DGN underlays (other objects are
dropped silently, pickfirst is used, a mixed set is refused), then asks the
image option (Brightness default) or the underlay option (last used), with
value prompts that offer the image's own value or the session's last
underlay fade/contrast, and Monochrome Yes/No. Invalid values re-prompt.
One undo step. -IMAGEADJUST, PDFADJUST, DWFADJUST and DGNADJUST take one
kind each. Raster image Brightness/Contrast/Fade move to an Image Adjust
section as whole numbers with 0-100 validation.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 6490a625f2 feat(hatch): add and remove boundary vertices from the grip menu
A non-associative hatch's boundary vertex grips now offer Add Vertex and
Remove Vertex next to Stretch, on polyline boundaries and on boundaries
made of line edges alike. Add Vertex inserts the vertex after the picked
one, halfway along the next segment (on the arc for a bulged polyline
segment, splitting its bulge), and lets it be placed like any grip.
Remove Vertex drops it while keeping at least a triangle.

Line-edge boundaries used to show two grips at every corner (one line's
end, the next one's start), so dragging one opened the loop; each corner
is now one grip that moves both ends.

The automation grip_menu_pick action chooses an entry of the open grip
menu, so these edits can be scripted and checked.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 29c0d1df9a perf(blocks): keep repeated block copies as one stub wire each
Every further reference to an already expanded block (a translated copy
of the same definition, at the top level or nested) was materialised as
a full copy of every wire, although the GPU already draws those copies
from one shared source with a per-copy offset. Such a copy is now a
single stub wire holding the shared prototype and its offset (stubs nest
inside prototypes, so nested repeats collapse too).

- The block renderer expands stubs into instance references while it
groups by source, so drawing is unchanged.
- Interaction queries expand only the stubs near the query, so snapping,
picking, window and crossing selection see each copy's geometry.
- Plot, boundary detection, viewport projection and entity_wires() get
fully expanded wires; count and reference-edit recolouring expand the
  set while they are active.
- OCS_NO_BLOCK_STUBS turns it off.

A drawing with 480 references to a block of 100 nested 50-line blocks
(2.4M lines) now opens with 11k wires instead of 2.4M: peak memory
5.4 GB -> 0.37 GB, wire assembly 2.4 s -> 36 ms, interaction index
3.7 s -> 23 ms. The viewport, a plotted PDF, snaps and selections are
identical with and without stubs, and on five real drawings the view
renders the same.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 ff6e2a6613 review(#1660, #1663): associative sweep scan, arc angles, viewport off bit
- refresh_associative_sweeps runs on every edit and scanned the xdata of
every entity; it now returns at once when no associative swept surface
exists (its application is not registered) and looks at surfaces only.
- An arc's end angle was raised by TAU in a loop, which never ends on a
huge angle from a damaged file; the sweep is taken with rem_euclid.
- The sweep DELOBJ test expected surface sweeps to delete their sources,
which #1663 changed on purpose: an associative surface keeps them.
- codec c9ffcac (opencadcodec #103) adds an explicit viewport-off bit: the
viewport on state is read with is_on() and set with turn_on()/turn_off()
everywhere, so a viewport the file marks off shows off and can be turned
  back on from Properties.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 da2704bb45 fix(mleader): text left of its landing attaches by its right edge
The text was placed by its alignment rather than its attachment point,
so text on the left of the landing ran over the leader. It now attaches
by the attachment point, and putting the text on a side (on creation or
by a grip) turns left- or right-justified text to read away from the
leader.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 d3033caf24 feat(solid history): booleans keep the solids they joined editable
With SOLIDHIST on, UNION, SUBTRACT and INTERSECT no longer reduce the
result's history to a frozen body: each solid's history joins the
result's under a boolean step, in the order the result applied them.
The Properties palette lists a composite's solids under Operand; the one
chosen shows its own geometry rows and grips, placed where it sits in
the composite, and editing it replays the whole tree. A composite read
from a file keeps its saved body; the tree is replayed only on edits.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 fae64886ee fix(snap): arc segments of a polyline offer their centre and quadrants
Center and Quadrant found nothing on a polyline's bulge segments: the
lightweight and heavy polylines carried no snap points for them, and a
polyline split into several wires kept its points on one piece whose box
the others' never reached. Each arc segment now carries its centre and
quadrants, hovering the segment offers its centre, and a wire's box
covers its snap points.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 62d72b3a8d review(#1630): one table rebuild loop that also refreshes formulas; one cell layout
- main already rebuilt an edited table's block; the PR added a second
loop after it that could never fire. Formula refresh and the block
cache bump now live in the one loop.
- Formula refresh copies the drawing only for a table that has a field.
- A field cell lays its text out once and boxes it from those cells.
- A zero text height at one level falls through to the next instead of
  ending the lookup.
- Field box constants and BACKGROUND keep their own doc comments.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 864c644222 review(#1629): one direction mark, no dead RTL paragraph path, tests follow the new layout
- One visible-named LRM constant (ttf_glyph) instead of two invisible
literals. Stroke and SDF text skip it, so a right-to-left script the
shaper does not handle no longer gets a 6-unit gap per mark; vertical
MTEXT does not insert it at all.
- Shaped cells keep a cluster the shaper merged into the leading mark.
- The always-false RTL paragraph flag, its indent/anchor branches and the
unused reorder_line_atoms are gone; its test now covers reorder_rtl_runs.
- Underline, overline and strike follow each drawn run of a mixed word.
- Justify/distribute count only the gaps the measured width holds.
- The two RTL alignment tests assert the new left-to-right behaviour;
glyph_boxes keeps its own doc comment.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 af75cf42a8 review(#1627): one UPDATEFIELD, honest counts, safe field boxes, one-pass host redraw
- UPDATEFIELD stays the command main already had (Select objects, undo,
locale strings); it now takes the PR's reach — a block reference's
attributes and block definition, a table's cell texts — and reports
the fields that really changed. The PR's second implementation and its
  duplicate registration are gone.
- FIELDEVAL's range error goes through the locale catalog.
- Field boxes: no slicing inside a character, one layout per multi-line
attribute, and TEXT boxes scale about the annotative reference point
like the glyphs do. Comment and indentation put back where they belong.
- bump_text_hosts classifies every host in one pass over the drawing
instead of scanning all layouts and blocks per host.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 3769bb59e3 review(#1631): drop the repeated ROMANS table; tests follow the new advances
- The ROMANS advance list was pasted twice; once is enough.
- The stroke-font golden checksum follows TXT's new advances (segment and
  vertex counts unchanged).
- The tolerance compartment test checks ink against pen only for symbol
cells: text fonts now advance by the reference's pen, not their ink.

ramox81andClaude Opus 5.5 acafb3be29 Text layout: right-to-left runs and leading spaces like the reference
MTEXT paragraphs keep left-to-right order and their attachment's
alignment even when they start with Hebrew or Arabic: a run of
right-to-left words (with the spaces between and after them) reads
backwards in place, and inside a word each right-to-left letter run is
reversed on its own while digits, punctuation and Latin keep their
order. Shaped text gets a left-to-right paragraph direction, so TEXT
follows the bidirectional rules with a left-to-right base, and a TEXT
line that starts with Hebrew or Arabic is no longer right-aligned. A
paragraph's leading spaces keep their width and trailing spaces are left
out of the width used for centring and right alignment.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 81bb8d48cf Cargo: codec aad7053, kernel 1a52eaf, graph 263de59; honour viewport clipping
Brings codec PRs #84 (cross-version visual styles, table styles,
subentity managers), #88 (viewport clipping flag, DXF boundary handle),
#89 (DXF viewport snap/twist in degrees) and #92 (field format codes,
event updates).

With #88 a viewport keeps a stored boundary whether or not clipping is
on, so a linked boundary alone no longer means "clipped": rendering,
paper picking, VPCLIP and the Clipped property check the clipping flag
too, and VPCLIP / MVIEW Object and Polygon set it. Before, OCS never set
the flag, so its clipped viewports opened rectangular elsewhere.

MTEXT draws its stored text instead of re-evaluating fields on every
redraw. Fields update on their evaluation events as the reference does:
open (1), save (2, not autosave), plot (4) and REGEN/REGENALL (16), each
masked with the drawing's FIELDEVAL (variable dictionary, 0-31, with the
reference's prompt and message), and the new UPDATEFIELD command
(selection, attributes of selected block references, "N field(s)
found." / "N field(s) updated."). A Date field (on demand only) keeps
its value until UPDATEFIELD. The FIELDDISPLAY gray box now covers each
field's own glyphs, one box per line it spans, instead of the whole
text. Codec moved to the update_fields / field_spans revision.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 76f4bb97dc fix(sheetset): wasm build, lock files and sheet set field refresh
- `.dst` read/write go through native-only helpers (a browser answers
"Not available"); the folder pickers are web no-ops; time stamps use
  iced::time (web-safe).
- Lock files are written only for drawings that are sheets of an open set,
released when the last set closes, and a lock a crashed session left
(recorded with its process id, same user and machine) is taken back.
The `.dwl2` header is well-formed and the date line comes from the OS
long date on every platform. The 1 Hz poll runs only while a set is open.
- Refreshing sheet set fields never stores `####`: fields no open set
resolves keep their value, and only the hosts that changed are redrawn
  (and their tab marked modified).

Hakan Seven 29ed1cae9b Merge PR #1590 from ramox81/codex/field-table-placeholders: table formula buttons, block placeholders, attribute fields on insert, plot-time fields
The PR pinned the codec to its fork through [patch]; codec #81 is merged
upstream and main already points at it, so the patch section is dropped.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 54a4a02d62 Merge PR #1589 from ramox81/codex/history-frame-lift: centre-framed boxes and wedges; no double transform after ACIS lift
The PR pinned codec and kernel to its fork through [patch]; codec #77 and
kernel #73 are merged upstream, so the patch sections are replaced by
the upstream pins (codec 8d23408, kernel d22a270, graph 9b5ae39) in this
same commit: the kernel now applies the body transform during the lift,
and an OCS without this PR's change would apply it twice. The new codec
also brings AssocCurveValue, registered with the plugin API's type
registry, and EmbeddedEntity::Body, named as a polyline profile.
