Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 12587339d8 fix(selection): a fast press-drag starts the selection window at once
A left drag only became a lasso/window after the button had been held
150 ms, however far the cursor had moved. A fast flick released inside
that delay read as a click and armed a click-click box instead. A press
that has moved more than 12 px is now a drag at once; the delay still
keeps small movements of a click from becoming one. (#1808)

ramox81andClaude Opus 5.5 4e4dc86908 TXT2MTXT: combine text into MText, with its settings dialog
TEXT and MTEXT objects are merged into one MTEXT (top-down or in
selection order, word-wrapped or one paragraph per object, with the
original pitch kept as line spacing) or each TEXT and MTEXT line becomes
an MTEXT of its own. The SEttings option opens the Combine Text settings
dialog; the settings persist as profile values and are exposed as the
TXT2MTXT* variables and the txt2mtxt_settings automation action.

Karim Jerbi 16d3fd80f8 feat(block-editor): add authoring palette UI
Add a dockable Block Editor palette with selectable Parameters, Actions,
Parameter Sets and Constraints pages, reusing shared dock controls, icons
and ribbon-style hover bubbles.

Parameters, Actions, Parameter Sets and Block Properties Table are UI
catalogs only. Their entries remain disabled; this commit does not add
parameter placement, dynamic action behavior, parameter-set authoring or
block properties table functionality.

The Constraints page connects its geometric and dimensional entries to
existing ribbon commands. It reuses their implementations and adds no new
constraint behavior.

Keep the palette specific to BEDIT and retain its placement and selected
page across closing/reopening and Test Block. Opening, closing, switching
pages and clicking disabled entries preserve the document, undo history
and any running command.

Validation: 7 palette tests, 57 dock checks and 46 ribbon checks passed
(overlapping groups); rendered pages inspected and native debug build passed.

Karim Jerbi c48fac7ae9 feat(block-editor): edit definition properties in the Properties panel
Add the no-selection Block section with annotation, orientation, scaling, exploding, units, description and hyperlink controls. Integrate definition edits with editor history, save checkpoints and discard, and keep staged text tied to its definition.

Persist annotation and hyperlink metadata on the block record, migrate legacy marker values on edit, and honor orientation and hyperlink descriptions during block creation. Cover native DWG/DXF roundtrips and replacement after reopening.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 cccea4008b ucs: dynamic UCS on planar solid faces
With dynamic UCS on (UCSDETECT 1, toggled with F6), a command's first
point picked on a planar face of a solid sets the UCS to that face for
the rest of the command, so 2D commands draw on the face (#1711). An
unsnapped first point lands on the face itself; a snapped point off the
face's plane belongs to other geometry and leaves the UCS alone. The
previous UCS comes back when the command ends. UCS commands themselves
are left out.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 19ecf78bd9 navigation: selectable mouse navigation style
Options → User Preferences → Navigation style picks which mouse
gestures pan and orbit the model view (#1480):

- CAD (default): middle button pans, Shift + middle button orbits.
- Blender: middle button orbits, Shift + middle button pans.
- CATIA: middle button pans; pressing the left button during it orbits,
so 3D navigation needs only the mouse.

An armed orbit tool always orbits. The choice is saved with the user
settings.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 74df9ff84a plot styles: the CTB/STB model and codec come from the codec crate
Cargo: codec d36331d, kernel 60f086b, graph 74aac56.

The table model and its file codec now live in `codec::plot_style`
(opencadcodec#53) and are re-exported here. What stays is where tables
come from: the plot styles folder, the session registry, the shipped
tables, and saving to disk, as the `PlotStyleTableExt` trait.

ramox81andClaude Opus 5.5 4726c775bf Block Attribute Manager window (BATTMAN / ATTMAN)
BATTMAN and ATTMAN open a manager for the attribute definitions of one
attributed block: block chips with reference counts and a pick button,
a table whose columns are chosen with chips, move up/down, remove, and
an edit card (Attribute / Text / Properties) for the selected row. Apply,
OK and Sync write the list back to the block definition and, when asked,
rebuild the existing references keeping values through tag renames;
each is one undo step. Live changes are taken back on Cancel. Automation
gains attman_dialog.

ramox81andClaude Opus 5.5 d69a5f0ac4 Block Definition dialog: preview, empty-block band, open in editor
The name card draws the selected objects, or the existing definition the
name picks. OK with no objects shows an in-window band offering to select
objects or to define an empty block. A switch opens the new block in the
block editor once it is defined; it is remembered with the other dialog
choices. Automation gains block_def_dialog.

PROPERTIES only flipped the visibility flag, so a Properties pallet in
an edge's inactive group or behind auto-hide stayed out of sight. It
now opens through the dock, which brings its group forward. In clean
screen the pallet shows on top without changing its normal state;
leaving clean screen drops that overlay.

Sebastian 2cdc1df021 feat(app): dispatch HostNotifications to native plugins (API v9)
Close the no-load-callback gap: on_notification was a dead dispatch sink —
a plugin had no way to learn that the active document changed, the selection
changed, or that a document opened, so runtime designations could not be
re-seeded after a load.

Dispatch the existing plain variants at the fingerprint-guarded boundaries
the v4 bridge already uses: DocumentChanged (the active tab's settled
geometry epoch) and SelectionChanged (the selection set) leave through
BuiltinPlugin::on_notification at the post-message boundary — after the
mutation settles and pending history scopes closed, never mid-undo or
mid-pick — and at the automation post-op boundary. Plugin-initiated writes
publish immediately after settling, like the drawing-changed event; the
boundary fingerprint guard deduplicates.

Add the additive HostNotification::DocumentOpened { tab_id } variant
(discriminant 10, the counterpart of DocumentTabClosed): fired exactly once
per whole-document install — file open, template new, system open — keyed on
a new per-tab document generation, so an edit can never repeat it and a
reload fires it once. The API version stays v9 (the bump is unreleased).

Write semantics for handlers, tested and documented: a handler may call
HostApi write methods through the same session (set_reference_only at
minimum); its write bumps the epoch, the next boundary notifies once more,
and because re-marking already-designated geometry is a documented no-op —
no epoch bump, no undo step, no publish — the loop terminates. History
(undo/redo) replay itself emits nothing; the boundary is the only channel.
No Python mapping, like the rest of this increment.

Claude 666234f69e Select Color: colour book folders, app-style view toggles, load button by the book list
- Colour books now come from folders, like AutoCAD's Color Book
Locations: Options > Files lists them (add, open, remove); by default
one color_books folder in the config directory. The Color Books tab
shows the built-in books plus every .acb in those folders; Load copies
the chosen file into the first folder. Web: session only, as before.
- Grid/list buttons use the app's toggle style (light accent, its text
colour for the icon, same corners as inactive).
- Color Books: the load button sits right of the book list; the search
box keeps its start over the page strip and runs to the end.
- Translations for the two new Options strings in all 22 locales.

ramox81andClaude Opus 5.5 1e93b16911 Selection: report what each pick found while a command gathers objects
Every pick during object selection prints the reference's count line:
"N found" for the first pick or a pick that adds nothing, "N found,
M total" after it, "N found, N removed, M total" when objects leave the

A lone Alt shows a code on every ribbon tab and quick-access button.
Typing a tab code opens the tab and shows the codes of its buttons,
dropdowns, slide-outs and collapsed panels; a button code runs it, a
dropdown or slide-out code opens it and shows its item codes, Esc goes
back one level. Codes follow the reference ribbon; buttons without a
reference counterpart get none and unnamed menu items are numbered.

Codes are drawn as accent pills over the widgets that reported their
bounds in the current frame, with a hint bar under the ribbon. While
the tips are open keys go to them only. The automation gets a keytips
action and read operation.

ramox81andClaude Opus 5.5 92a3a8ee4d REFEDIT: Edit Reference dialog and unique names for xref objects
REFEDIT opens a dialog after the pick: the nesting chain as chips with a
preview of the chosen definition, all objects or picking them in the
drawing, attribute definitions (offered only when the definition has
them), locking objects outside the working set and unique names for an
external reference's named objects. The settings are remembered.

With unique names an xref's dependent layers, linetypes, text styles and
blocks are checked out as $N$NAME records of their own; without, under
the plain name, sharing a host record of that name. Save writes them back
under the reference's names, and the records made for the session are
removed when it closes. -REFEDIT uses the remembered settings.

One finger already worked as the mouse. Two or more fingers now make a
gesture instead of fighting over the cursor: two drag to pan and pinch to
zoom about the fingers, three drag to orbit; a quick two-finger tap opens
the context menu, a three-finger tap zooms to the extents and a quick
three-finger swipe up shows the isometric view. While a gesture runs the
drawing area's own pointer handling keeps out, and the press the first
finger started is dropped.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 f18386c100 feat(io): FBXEXPORT writes the drawing's 3D meshes as binary FBX
FBXEXPORT (also EXPORTFBX) saves every 3D mesh of the drawing (solids,
surfaces and meshes, at full display resolution) as a binary FBX 7.4
file for visualisation tools: one model per object with its geometry,
face normals and a material in its display colour. Axes stay Z-up and
the unit scale follows the drawing's insertion units.

Hakan SevenandClaude Opus 5.5 8a2bc443e0 feat(options): menu bar, ribbon and HPASSOC switches; see-through command line by default
Options > Display gains Window Elements with "Show the menu bar"
(MENUBAR) and "Show the ribbon" (RIBBON / RIBBONCLOSE); Options > User
Preferences gains a Hatch switch for HPASSOC. The command line now
starts at 80 % opacity so the drawing shows through it.
