engine: the crank-arm conformity test checks all-hex20, not a platform-dependent count
The tet-free sweep gives 7274 hex20 on macOS and 7334 on Linux (#115), so the exact count failed develop's CI after #272. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UhhZMBTviDQxZvwnyP89fo
