docs: shell quad meshing survey (advancing front in (u,v) with a cross field); citation fix (#44)

Survey of ~40 papers for meshing curved B-rep faces for shells: frontal-Delaunay point placement in
the cross-field metric (Remacle et al. 2013), recombination to all-quad, cleanup (Reberol et al.
2021), global parity by minimum T-join, verification on shell benchmarks; licences of every code
base. Also fixes the Lee & Lo 1994 author initials in literature.md B7.2.
