Unstitch and Reverse Normal ( #856 )

Unstitch takes a body's faces out as surface bodies; Reverse Normal turns a surface body's faces over. Both are saved in format 18. Closes #766 .

surface.extrude sweeps open curve chains and profile boundaries along the sketch normal into a surface body (walls only, no caps). Saved under format 17.

Surface tool dialogs: Patch (sketch profiles or a loop of edges), Stitch (tolerance), Thicken (thickness, one side or symmetric, operation), Extend (edges, distance), Trim (tool plane or face, side to keep) and Split Face; Split Body takes any face as its tool (a curved face's surface extended).
