phanoob 5165e428cd Boolean: refuse a nudged result that meshes inconsistently (#1360) (#1455)
The last-resort nudge's result is also measured finely; a face left a hair wide that meshes as its whole plane no longer passes as a plausible cut.

H. Conrad 63accec16e STEP export: shelled revolved bodies export instead of panicking (#1496)
A scale across a revolution's axis keeps the face a surface of revolution and is written as one; any other refusal from the writer is an export error, not a panic.

H. Conrad 2141a3802a Shell: an open face next to a concave edge no longer cuts the wall past it (#1495)
The pushed-out cavity is trimmed so that past an open face's plane it only reaches through the open face itself.

H. Conrad 723c7b61c4 Boolean: cut around a part's sealed voids when the whole cut fails (#1570)
A cut clear of every void cuts the outer shell alone and puts the voids back (robustness seed 15 now builds).

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 1a55241882 Contributing: claim an issue with a draft PR (#1565)
Check gh pr list --search "#N", then open a draft titled "<summary> (#N)" with an empty claim commit; the lowest-numbered open PR for an issue wins, and a draft with no pushes for 72 hours may be taken over after a comment. Agents on a shared machine check the load before a big build.

DuBearteandClaude Opus 5.5 b562ab51e1 Agent discovery test: the fixture uses a name Windows runs (#1554) (#1575)
The search-order test wrote an extensionless codex-acp, which Windows
discovery rightly skips; it now writes the first name this platform
looks for (codex-acp.exe on Windows, codex-acp elsewhere).

Fixes #1554

DuBearteandClaude Opus 5.5 105a3146c0 Toolbar: a second click on a drop-down's button closes it (#1522) (#1576)
The workspace switcher's menu closed on the press (a press outside the
menu) and the click reopened it; the menu now keeps the button that
opened it, a press there is not outside, and its click toggles. A
panel's label toggles its command list instead of always opening it.

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 f08ed74617 Keep the files many PRs add to conflict-free (#1564)
Message catalogs sorted one message per line (cargo xtask lists [--fix], checked in cargo xtask ci and the Lists workflow); the language list one per line, English first then by id; THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt and docs/features.md rewritten on main by the Generated files workflow instead of in PRs.

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 9a07932f20 Design format: a change is one new file, never an edit to FORMAT (#1563)
A PR that saves something new adds crates/doc/src/format/pending/<name>.rs (a note, and an upgrade step if older designs must be rewritten). The build writes the next format number while changes are pending and lists them in format_pending; scripts/fold-format-pending.sh fixes them as v<N>/ at release time. Formats 23 and 24 move into v23/ and v24/.
