<li>For your available carriers you'll need to make sure that they are available through Envia (make sure to select all available countries):<br/>

<li>You should also make sure that if you export to other countries, you have to select who will pay for customs duties.</li>

<li>You can also preselect which services will be used, our recommendation is to not limit this as we will pick them in Odoo anyway.</li>

<li>For any carriers you'd like to use that are not activated, be sure to activate it here.</li>
|
|
<li>Don't worry about the printing options, just note which ones exist for your favorite carrier as we will select them in Odoo.</li>

<li>Lastly, head to the Developers / API Keys section and generate a new API Key. This will be used by Odoo to communicate with Envia so note it down for later.</li>

<li>Copy over the API Key from Envia into either the sandbox or production field in Delivery Methods.</li>
|
|
<li>Specify the Origin country that this connector will ship from. By default this is the company's country.</li>
|
|
<li>Specify the currency your Envia account is configured in. By default this is the company's currency.</li>
|
|
<li>Create and edit a package for this delivery method to be used as reference for quotations and labels. This package can be of type <b>box</b>, <b>envelope</b>, or <b>pallet</b>, which determines the carriers that can be used.</li>
|
|
<li>Once your delivery method is properly configured, you can sync the carriers Envia provides for your country of origin: <br />

<li>You will be able to specify a specific Envia carrier and service that you intend to use in this region. Note that each service can have different pricing and availability.</li>

<li>A note, some countries support unique additional services for pallet shipments or boxes. For example, Canada has the option to handle missed deliveries by returning them back to your warehouse or abandoning on the doorstep. To enable this feature, enable Returned at Shippers Expense otherwise it will be abandoned at the customer's door.</li>
