Initial commit: one_os_compositor_shell Odoo 20 addon — full-screen desktop shell UI

Includes:
- CompositorShell OWL component (ir.actions.client, target=fullscreen)
- App launcher grid (purple 1B Space accent, hover animations)
- Taskbar showing running apps
- Window decorations (close button)
- Top bar with session UUID display
- Loading overlay + error handling
- Modern SCSS with backdrop blur, gradients, dark theme
- Depends on one_os_compositor (parent addon)
