Surface tool dialogs: Patch (sketch profiles or a loop of edges), Stitch (tolerance), Thicken (thickness, one side or symmetric, operation), Extend (edges, distance), Trim (tool plane or face, side to keep) and Split Face; Split Body takes any face as its tool (a curved face's surface extended). Live previews and Edit Feature; icons for patch, stitch and thicken drawn in code
