lillith 347230f5d3 fix: validate fuzz seed ranges without overflow 2026-10-11 00:41:49 +02:00
CypherNaugh_0x aa268f0f0e Faster tests: hostile_params_never_panic shares its commands across threads (154 s to 20 s), the design-file fuzz test tries its seeded cases on all cores (21 s to 7.5 s), the kernel's tangent-primitive boolean test runs its three seeds at once, and the headless scenario harness skips the software viewport render it threw away every frame (scenarios 63 s to 26 s). kill_mid_save waits for the saver to reach a varying round instead of sleeping a fixed time, so it holds on a busy machine 2026-10-10 13:24:08 -04:00
bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 d10312b7fd Command ids are SolveCraft's own: 173 ids that were another product's internal command ids become dotted, lower-case ids (<area>.<thing>[.<variant>]: solid.extrude, sketch.rectangle.two_point, sheet.flange, joint.drive, ...), in the registry, toolbar, dialogs, shortcuts, palette, control channel, MCP, examples, scenarios and docs
The old ids live only in crates/engine/src/legacy_ids.rs (the legacy migration table): find_command maps them, so old scripts, recipes and control calls keep working, and saved shortcuts, recent and pinned commands are migrated on load (designs store no command ids). Parity maps the observed catalog ids to ours through xtask/data/fusion-ids.tsv. The agent rule now reads: our own dotted id, never another product's. Cargo.toml's repository points at github.com/bherbruck/solvecraft.

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 f413a86d3d Design file format 2 with a migration chain (doc::format: older formats upgraded step by step, newer refused with a message, out-of-range numbers and broken occurrence placements refused); a corpus of designs saved by the M0, components-era, joints-era and current builds that must open and evaluate as saved (two pre-versioning behaviour changes listed with their reasons); damaged and hostile variants of every corpus file never panic

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 f40356a74f Never lose work: atomic saves (temporary file, flush, rename) keeping the replaced version as <file>.bak; autosave of unsaved changes into a recovery folder (every 5 min, preference autosave_minutes, and after commands over 1.5 s; skipped when unchanged; entries locked while their app runs); Recover unsaved design? at launch; doc.recovery_list / doc.recover / doc.recovery_discard; kill-mid-save test
