bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 f7c26d8dfe Standard parts library (parts.library, parts.insert, parts.resize): ISO 4762 socket head cap screws, ISO 4014/4017 hex bolts, ISO 4032 nuts, ISO 7089 washers, ISO 4026 set screws, ISO 8734 dowel pins and 6000/6200/600-series bearing envelopes, M3–M20, built in code from the standards' dimensions as their own components with cosmetic threads; inserted at a hole's rim they get a rigid joint that puts them on the hole's axis seated on its face; resize rebuilds in place. Circle joint origins are named after the cylindrical wall

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 2c383460e9 Joints mate by default (Fusion's convention): origin B's z is turned against origin A's, so two picked faces meet face to face and B sits on A instead of inside it; Flip now means don't mate. File format 4 inverts older joints' flip so they keep their placement; as-built joints and rigid groups stay where they are

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 e7a85b30f7 Persistent naming: joint origins on faces and circular ends, and face appearances, store the face's name and find it by name first (a joint whose face is gone reports it instead of attaching elsewhere)

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 10a67ef259 Contact Sets (EnableContactSetsCmd, EnableAllContactCmd, DisableAllContactCmd, ContactSetCmd, contact.edit/list/check): driving a joint stops where bodies of one set would pass through each other (bisection to the touch; penetration found by ray parity and depth on the tessellations); Motion Study (FusionMotionStudyCommand: joint values keyed along a timeline, motion.play, motion.export of occurrence poses per step as JSON or CSV without changing the design, contact-aware); Exploded views (explode.create automatic or by hand, explode.show without changing placements)

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 66fa6fe584 Dialogs for joints, sheet metal and plastic
ASSEMBLE panel (SOLID, SHEET METAL, PLASTIC): New Component, Joint, As-built Joint, Joint Origin,
Rigid Group, Drive Joints, Motion Link, Interference. Joint origins are picked by hovering:
faces snap to their centre (round faces to the centre of the nearer end), edges to their middle
(round edges to their centre), vertices to themselves, shown as glyphs with their z axis. The
Joint dialog has the motion type, angle, offsets X/Y/Z, flip, per-value limits and Animate (the
preview plays the motion); joints and drives preview on the placed model (world states).
Drive Joints moves live with a slider. Interference lists the overlaps and shows them red.
Joints appear in the timeline and in a Browser Joints folder (edit, drive, suppress, delete).

SHEET METAL tab in Fusion's layout: Flange (base, edge or contour, from the picks; height arrow
on the canvas), Hem, Unfold, Refold, Convert to Sheet Metal, Sheet Metal Rules (rule manager),
Create Flat Pattern (flat view with up/down bend lines, bend table, DXF export).

PLASTIC tab with SETUP: Boss, Lip/Groove, Snap Fit, Rest, Manage and Assign Plastic Rules; Rib,
Web and the shared solid commands on the tab.

Every feature dialog has live preview, Edit Feature and pre-selection; icons drawn in code.
Toolbar layout per tab in workspace.rs; tests for the dialog to command mapping.

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 c2309eb43b Joints engine: joint origins that snap to faces, round ends or points (re-found on every solve, so joints follow edits), joints (rigid, revolute, slider, cylindrical, pin-slot, planar, ball) with values, limits, flip and offset, As-built Joint, Rigid Group, Drive Joints, Motion Link, a joint-graph solver from grounded occurrences (degrees of freedom per occurrence, loop conflicts reported), Interference between bodies
