release: Linux .deb and .rpm packages (#125)
cargo-deb and cargo-generate-rpm (pinned) package the same stripped binaries and files as the tar.gz under /usr. The release job compares the file lists, runs lintian, and installs both packages in Ubuntu 22.04 and Fedora containers.
